Webb Alumni Named Gannett Fleming Stockholder


Keith R. Mullins, P.E., PG ’99 was named a stockholder of Gannett Fleming. Based in the firm’s Philadelphia, Pa., office, Mullins serves as senior Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) manager in the firm’s Transportation Operations Practice.

With more than 14 years of experience, Mullins coordinates ITS planning, design, and construction support services. He is knowledgeable in the areas of ITS standards development, traffic and highway safety, and technical outreach and training. He manages all aspects of the ITS project delivery process and has led ITS design-build projects throughout the Northeast.

MullinsKeithDuring his tenure with Gannett Fleming, Mullins has been involved with many major ITS projects, including serving as project lead on the I-91 ITS Design-Build in Massachusetts, implementing the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation NextGen Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), and updating the ITS Architecture and Strategic Plan for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.

Mullins is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania. He holds a bachelor of civil engineering from the University of Delaware and a master of science in Ocean Technology and Commerce from the Webb Institute in Glen Cove, N.Y in 1999.

Active in professional associations, he is a member of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Pennsylvania and is a past president of that organization. Mullins also is a member of the Intelligent Transportation Society of New Jersey, the Intelligent Transportation Society of Massachusetts, and is active in several Intelligent Transportation Society America and Transportation Research Board committees.

A resident of Haddonfield, N.J., Mullins is a volunteer and social media coordinator for the Peggy Spiegler Melanoma Research Foundation, which provides education and supports scientific research of the nature, causes, prevention, treatment, and cure of melanoma.
