The Board embraces our Founder’s desire to provide deserving young people, regardless of means, with an engineering education that will benefit themselves and society.

To thrive in today’s multicultural, globalized world and maritime industry, Webb students must excel in an environment reflecting the diverse society they live and work in, with people from all walks of life and cultures, without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status or political beliefs.  Diverse perspectives contribute to organizational success.
